Key responsibilities
  • Conduct research and collect data from various sources
  • Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and insights
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings
  • Develop and maintain databases for storing research data
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities
  • Utilize statistical and analytical tools to perform data analysis
  • Provide recommendations based on research findings
  • Present findings and insights to stakeholders
  • Ensure data accuracy and quality control
  • Support the organization in making informed decisions based on research insights
  • Adhere to ethical standards and data privacy regulations

Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Economics, Statistics, Business, or related discipline
  • Proven experience in conducting research for staffing industry
  • Proficiency in statistical analysis and data interpretation techniques
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
