Quantity Surveyor (QS)

What You'll Be Doing:

• Preparing
  bills of quantities
  for construction projects
• Assisting in
  contractor selection
  and cost evaluations
• Monitoring
  project budgets and financial planning
• Supporting the team with
  cost control
  during execution
• Collaborating with engineers and site teams to ensure smooth operations

What You Bring:

• Diploma in Civil Engineering
• Basic understanding of quantity surveying and construction cost management
• Familiarity with MS Excel and AutoCAD (a plus)
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset
