Job Title: Quality Control Specialist

Job Type: Full Time (In-person)

Job Description:

  • Develop technical method to improve daily QC and make it efficient.
  • Ensure that all raw materials from local and import are tested as per defined sample size.
  • Ensure that all refurbed parts are as per standards compared to new parts.
  • Maintain all Corrective Action and Preventive Action forms for decommissioned and replaced units returned from field ops.
  • Maintain management of change record for all changes incurred due to any reason.
  • Maintain record of all production checklists.
  • Perform quality inspection at specified points on production floor.
  • Responsible for maintaining and verifying all tools are relevant tools and available on each line with supervisors.
  • To monitor hygiene on production floor and make monthly worker hygiene report.
  • Daily inventory control management of testing tools for quality verification on each line.
  • Maintaining calibration of all equipment.
  • Maintaining refurbishments parts data with physical checks.
  • Maintaining rejected parts data returned from ops and decommissioned units.
  • To analyze the rejected parts returned from ops and decommissioned units.
  • Assure that all products are in total compliance with local/international customers' need and regulatory requirements.

Requirement:

  • Qualification should be Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical or any related field
  • Experience: should be 1 to 2 years in same industry or automotive industry
