Podcast Producer

About the Role

We're looking for a creative and technically skilled Podcast & YouTube Content Producer to help capture, edit, and publish engaging podcast episodes and YouTube Shorts. You'll work directly with the founder to turn conversations, insights, and experiences into professional, audience-ready content that inspires and educates.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and manage podcast and video recording sessions (camera, lighting, audio).
• Assist in planning episode structure, topics, and key talking points.
• Record, edit, and produce high-quality podcast episodes and YouTube Shorts.
• Add titles, captions, intros/outros, and background music where appropriate.
• Optimize video and audio for social media platforms (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).
• Coordinate upload schedules and manage content publishing.
• Provide creative input to improve storytelling, visuals, and engagement.

Requirements

• Proven experience with podcast or video content production.
• Strong understanding of audio setup, lighting, and camera framing.
• Basic knowledge of social media algorithms and video formats (especially Shorts/Reels).
• A creative eye for storytelling, pacing, and content structure.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Bonus Points

• Experience with podcast platforms (Spotify, Apple Podcasts, etc.).
• Ability to repurpose long-form content into short clips for social media.
• Interest in technology, business, or thought leadership topics.

Pay: Rs50, Rs100,000.00 per month
