We are a growing design and print studio looking for a talented Senior Graphic Designer who can combine hands-on creative work with team leadership. This is a key role in our business: you'll lead high-quality design projects, mentor junior designers, and make sure all client work is delivered on time and to a professional standard.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the design of branding, print, and marketing materials (flyers, posters, menus, brochures, etc.).
  • Manage multiple projects remotely — from client brief → design → feedback → print-ready delivery.
  • Review and guide junior designers' work to maintain quality and consistency.
  • Mentor and train juniors, helping them improve skills and confidence.
  • Create and maintain design systems, templates, and efficient workflows.
  • Ensure all print projects meet professional production standards.
  • Collaborate remotely with the business owner on creative direction and priorities.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of professional graphic design experience (print & branding focus).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality, creative design work.
  • Experience leading or mentoring junior designers.
  • Excellent knowledge of print production (file setup, specs, color management).
  • Strong communication and project management skills, able to keep projects on track in a remote environment.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
  • Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.
