We're Hiring: Sales Executive for cold calling at a Digital Marketing company

Salary: 100k

Commissions: 10,000 PKR on every $1000 revenue


Location: Near Bahria Town, Lahore

Timmings: 6:00 PM - 3:00 AM (After daylight saving ends, it will be 7:00 PM - 4:00 AM)

At Oastreck, we're reshaping the digital marketing space with honesty, transparency, and long-term business relationships. Our services include Web Development, Local SEO, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, and more, primarily for US-based service businesses.

We're seeking high-energy Outbound Sales Executives who can
confidently make cold calls
and book meetings. This is not a typical script reading job; it's a technical sales role where you will learn about our digital marketing solutions, understand the US market, and various sales strategies.

Role Requirements

  • (Fresher as well who can speak well) Minimum 1 year of experience in sales development, business development, or customer-facing roles, particularly in the American market
  • Exhibits a dynamic "hunter mentality," consistently driven to proactively seek out and engage high-value leads with precision and determination
  • Fluent, confident English-speaking skills and a confident personality
  • Proven Track Record of Sales
  • Self-motivated person, supervision requirements should be minimal

What You'll Do:

  • Cold call service-based businesses (primarily in the US)
  • Present and pitch Oastreck's marketing solutions
  • Set up meetings for the Sales Manager
  • Follow Up and Maintain Relationships
