Job Description:

We are immediately hiring a detail-oriented and dependable Store Supervisor to join our Lahore factory team. This key role is responsible for overseeing daily inventory operations, managing dispatch and receiving between Lahore and Sialkot, and ensuring accurate documentation in both ERP and manual systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee inbound and outbound logistics, including receipt, verification, and dispatch of materials.
  • Coordinate daily with production, QC, and Sialkot dispatch teams.
  • Ensure timely GRN generation, ERP updates, and maintenance of manual records.
  • Plan, issue, and close POs in coordination with the planning team.
  • Maintain stock accuracy and supervise issuance based on departmental requisitions.
  • Generate and submit daily and weekly operational reports.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: B.A / M.A, B.Sc. / M.Sc., or Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in store/warehouse operations, inventory, or dispatch management.
  • ERP Expertise: Practical experience with inventory modules.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and documentation.
  • Strong time management, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • In-depth understanding of GRN lifecycle and stock movement principles.
  • Ability to work independently and perform under pressure during PO and dispatch cycles.
