Head Engineer

Project Leadership & Site Supervision

• Act as the overall in-charge of all engineering and infrastructure works at the Faisalabad site (roads, sewerage, water supply, electrification, and buildings).
• Work on-site daily to supervise and guide engineers, supervisors, contractors, and labor.
• Review and verify drawings, BOQs, and site layouts before implementation.
• Ensure execution of works in accordance with approved designs, specifications, and safety standards.
• Monitor day-to-day site progress, resolve technical issues, and provide on-the-spot solutions.

Quality, Cost & Timelines

• Check material quality, construction techniques, and ensure adherence to project specifications.
• Track progress against project schedules and take corrective actions to avoid delays.
• Monitor resource utilization, cost efficiency, and report budget variances to management.
• Verify contractors' bills, site measurements, and ensure transparency in site-level expenditures.

Team & Stakeholder Coordination

• Lead and mentor site engineers, surveyors, and supervisors to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Coordinate with design consultants, architects, and vendors for approvals and timely material supply.
• Work closely with procurement and admin teams to address site requirements promptly.
• Liaise with local authorities for NOCs, inspections, and compliance matters.

Health, Safety & Compliance

• Enforce HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) rules at the site.
• Ensure all work is executed in line with legal, environmental, and company standards.
• Conduct site audits and safety checks regularly.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred).
• PEC Registration mandatory.
• 10–12 years of experience in
  site execution of infrastructure projects
  with at least 3–5 years in a leadership capacity.
• Strong technical expertise in roads, utilities, sewerage, electrification, and building works.
• Hands-on site management and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent leadership and team supervision skills.
• Strong knowledge of MS Project/Primavera and MS Office.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders under tight deadlines.
