Customer Sales Rep

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Customer Sales Representative to join our Durable Medical Equipment (DME) campaign team. The representative will be responsible for contacting potential customers, verifying eligibility, educating them about medical equipment products covered by insurance, and ensuring a smooth order process.
This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to meet performance goals in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers regarding DME products (such as braces, mobility aids, diabetic supplies, etc.).
- Qualify leads by gathering patient information, verifying insurance eligibility, and confirming medical needs.
- Explain DME products, insurance coverage, and order processes in a clear and compliant manner.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all calls, customer data, and order progress in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales and quality assurance targets.
- Coordinate with the verification, documentation, and fulfillment teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Provide exceptional customer service to build trust and long-term relationships with patients and healthcare providers.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 6 months–1 year of experience in a DME preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong verbal communication and persuasive selling ability.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
- Strong attention to detail and compliance.
