Beautician / Makeup Artist

Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Beautician / Makeup Artist who can deliver excellent beauty services while also assisting with customer service and front desk operations. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a passion for beauty, and the ability to ensure every client enjoys a professional and welcoming experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide beauty and makeup services, including facials, hair styling, makeup application, and other salon treatments (as per skillset).
• Greet clients warmly and ensure they feel comfortable and valued throughout their visit.
• Manage client appointments, bookings, and follow-ups.
• Handle walk-in and phone inquiries in a polite and professional manner.
• Recommend products and services based on client needs to enhance their experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the salon area and workstations.
• Support salon operations by coordinating with team members to ensure smooth service flow.

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a Beautician, Makeup Artist, or in a Customer Service/Front Desk role (experience in salon/spa/hospitality preferred).
• Strong Urdu communication and customer-handling skills
• Presentable, confident, and passionate about beauty and client care.
• Intermediate or Bachelor's qualification.
• Basic knowledge of computer systems and scheduling software.
