Construction Manager

Location: Karachi, Pakistan

Job Type: Full-time, On-site

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven
Construction Manager
to oversee and co-ordinate all aspects of construction projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and manage construction projects, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Supervise site activities, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Develop project schedules, monitor progress, and prepare regular reports.
  • Control costs by managing budgets, resources, and procurement processes.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and legal requirements.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and stakeholders.
  • Resolve technical issues and provide guidance for efficient project delivery.
  • Lead project meetings and communicate progress with management and clients.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree(preferred) in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
    from NED University
    .
  • Proven experience of
    7-10 years
    as a Construction Manager or in a similar leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and safety regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred:

  • PMP or equivalent certification.
  • Experience in large-scale or complex construction projects.
