Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Islamabad for a Senior Interior Designer. The Senior Interior Designer will be responsible for creating and overseeing design solutions that align with client needs. Day-to-day tasks include space planning, developing construction drawings, selecting and specifying FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment), and collaborating with other professionals such as architects and contractors. They will ensure that design projects are completed on time and meet the company's standards of quality and functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the complete customer experience, including measurements, 3D design creation, proposal finalization, installation supervision, and post-installation follow-up to ensure satisfaction for the KDW Segment
  • Meet assigned sales targets by managing the KDW opportunity matrix, processing client quotations/orders, and maintaining strong relationships with architects and contractors
  • Conduct site visits at critical stages, oversee verification, point marking, PDI, and installation processes, and address client complaints effectively
  • Ensure timely tracking of client payments, coordinate for product deliveries, and resolve any delays or partial delivery issues
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and contractors to facilitate smooth project execution
  • Visual Merchandising for all Poshish Stores
  • Being the part of Poshish Product Merchandising team for Product R&D

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Space Planning and Interior Design
  • Experience with Architecture and Construction Drawings
  • Knowledge of FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) selection and specification
  • Strong project management and communication skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Islamabad
  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
  • Experience with design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar
  • Knowledge of current design trends and materials
