About the Opportunity
Fulcrum is hiring on behalf of a
progressive and sustainability-focused manufacturing client
specializing in
high-performance equestrian wear and textile products
. The company is committed to

, and is seeking an experienced
HR Manager
to lead its people strategy and workforce operations.
Key Responsibilities:
-Manage and evaluate daily performance of production and manual staff (stitchers, cutters, packers, etc.).
-Develop and implement performance appraisal systems and KPIs for various departments.
-Lead recruitment and onboarding of skilled labor through local networks and contractors.
-Plan workforce availability during peak production seasons.
-Create and maintain organizational hierarchy, job descriptions, and reporting lines.
-Develop HR policies, SOPs, and ensure compliance with labor laws.
-Maintain accurate attendance, leave, and performance records; prepare HR reports.
-Promote employee engagement, recognition, and a positive workplace culture.
Requirements:
-Bachelor's or Master's degree in HRM, Business Administration, or related field.
-HR certification (CHRP, SHRM, CIPD) preferred.
-Minimum 5+ years' HR experience in manufacturing or apparel production.
-Strong knowledge of Pakistani labor laws and compliance frameworks.
-Excellent communication skills in English, Urdu, and Punjabi (other local dialects a plus).
-Proven experience in labor relations, performance evaluation, and workforce recruitment.
