Role Description

This is a full-time onsite role for a Truck Dispatcher located in Lahore. The Truck Dispatcher will be responsible for managing and coordinating the schedule of truck drivers to ensure timely delivery of goods. Day-to-day tasks include arranging routes, assigning drivers, tracking shipments, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring compliance with DOT/FMCSA regulations. The dispatcher will also work closely with other departments to optimize fleet performance and address any issues that arise during transportation.

Qualifications

  • Experience in dispatching and route planning
  • Knowledge of DOT/FMCSA compliance regulations
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Customer service skills and ability to handle inquiries
  • Proficiency in use of dispatch software and tracking systems
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in logistics or transport management are a plus
