Bloxt Ltd is a UK-based, family-run eco company helping landlords and tenants across the UK upgrade their homes through the ECO4 government-funded scheme. We provide free boilers, insulation, and solar panels for eligible households, helping reduce energy bills and improve energy efficiency.

Role Overview:

We are looking for experienced call centre agents in Pakistan to work on our UK ECO4 campaign. You'll be calling UK customers to qualify them for free home energy upgrades and book appointments for our UK field team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to UK customers regarding the ECO4 scheme.
  • Qualify customers based on their eligibility criteria.
  • Record accurate details and update CRM systems.
  • Maintain excellent communication and professionalism with UK clients.
  • Meet daily and weekly call and booking targets.

Requirements:

  • Proven call centre experience handling UK customers (ECO, energy, or utility campaigns preferred).
  • Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Ability to work UK business hours.
  • Target-driven and self-motivated attitude.
  • Stable internet connection and a quiet working environment.
