The Role
We're seeking a
Full Stack & MERN Stack Developer
to join our growing engineering team. You'll play a key role in building and maintaining high-performance web applications that connect our global brands to millions of customers.

JavaScript frameworks

PHP ecosystems

legacy systems

modern architectures
. You'll collaborate with designers, product managers, and developers to deliver scalable solutions that power Nysonian's D2C ecosystem across travel, fitness, and wellness.

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using PHP (Laravel / CodeIgniter) and the MERN stack (MongoDB, , , ).
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs for seamless data communication.
• Modernize and scale existing PHP-based backend systems while implementing new modules.
• Implement secure authentication and authorization (JWT, OAuth).
• Architect efficient database schemas for MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
• Optimize performance, scalability, and responsiveness across all environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile development process.
• Deploy and manage web applications on AWS, Digital Ocean, or similar cloud platforms.
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, and optimization efforts.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of professional experience in full stack web development.
• Hands-on expertise in PHP frameworks (Laravel, CodeIgniter, or Symfony).
• Strong command of , , and
• Solid database experience with MongoDB and MySQL/PostgreSQL.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), Bootstrap/Tailwind CSS.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, AJAX, and JSON.
• Experience with Git / GitHub / GitLab for version control.
• Understanding of MVC architecture, OOP, and asynchronous programming.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

to build robust backend systems that power Nysonian's ERP and web applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications using PHP (Core & CodeIgniter).
• Integrate APIs, payment gateways, and third-party web services.
• Ensure data security and optimize performance.
• Collaborate across teams to define and implement new features.
• Maintain clean, reusable, and scalable code.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a PHP Developer.
• Experience with Postgres for ERP systems.
• Strong grasp of MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, AJAX, and Git/SVN.
• Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
