GM Finance

Job Summary:

The General Manager Finance will oversee the organization's financial operations with a strong focus on taxation, compliance, and strategic financial management. The role requires an ACCA-qualified professional with proven experience in tax planning, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance, capable of leading the finance function and supporting organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the finance department, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Manage all aspects of 
  direct and indirect taxation
  , including planning, filing, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Liaise with tax authorities, external auditors, and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth audits and compliance processes.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize tax efficiency and support business objectives.
• Monitor cash flows, financial risks, and provide recommendations for financial improvements.
• Supervise and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and performance.
• Ensure compliance with local laws, accounting standards, and internal policies.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• ACCA-qualified with 5–10 years of progressive experience in finance and taxation.
• Strong knowledge of taxation laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Proven expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and reporting.
• Leadership experience in managing finance teams.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
