The Role:

Become an Onsite Sales Agent with FCC, one of the best call centers in Islamabad. You will sell Medicare and ACA (Affordable Care Act) health plans to clients in the US. This is an onsite job and a great opportunity for those seeking the latest jobs in Islamabad.

Your Earnings:

* Salary Rs per month + Rs. 3000 attendance bonus.

Responsibilities:

* Meet or exceed daily/weekly targets for calls and lead transfers.

* Maintain accurate records in the CRM or lead management system.

* Follow compliance and script guidelines set by the company and industry regulations.

* Verify contact details and accurately capture relevant information.

* Warm transfer qualified leads to licensed agents or schedule appointments.

Requirements:

* Good English communication skills.

* Minimum 6 months experience as CSR/Fronter.

* Basic phone and computer skills.
