Job Title: Reltio Master Data Management (MDM) Specialist

Location: PAN India

Experience Level: 6-8 Yrs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reltio Platform Management: Configure, maintain, and optimize the Reltio MDM platform to meet business requirements.

  • Data Modeling: Design and implement data models, hierarchies, and relationships within the Reltio platform.

  • Integration: Develop and manage integrations between Reltio and other enterprise systems using APIs and ETL tools.

  • Data Quality: Monitor and improve data quality, ensuring compliance with governance policies and standards.

  • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues related to data inconsistencies, platform performance, and integrations.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business and IT teams to gather requirements, provide training, and ensure successful adoption of MDM solutions.

  • Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including system configurations, workflows, and processes.

  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on Reltio platform enhancements and industry best practices to drive innovation and efficiency.

  • Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Reltio platform configuration and administration.

Strong knowledge of data modeling, data governance, and data quality principles.

Experience with APIs, ETL tools, and integration frameworks.

Familiarity with cloud technologies and SaaS platforms.

  • Soft Skills:

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in Reltio MDM or related technologies.

Experience in industries such as healthcare, finance, or manufacturing where MDM is critical.

Knowledge of SQL, Python, or other scripting languages.
