We're Hiring: Junior Graphic Designer

Department:
 Creative & Marketing

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and proactive 
Junior Graphic Designer
 to join our growing team. This role requires someone with strong design skills, a flair for aesthetics, and the ability to create engaging visuals across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design social media posts, website banners, email creatives, and promotional materials.
  • Assist in developing design concepts for product launches, seasonal campaigns, and branding projects.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually appealing graphics that align with brand identity.
  • Edit product photos, lifestyle images, and promotional content for e-commerce platforms.
  • Support in creating print-ready files for packaging, brochures, and other offline materials.
  • Stay updated on the latest design trends and suggest fresh, innovative ideas.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all visual assets.

Tools & Systems You'll Use:

Adobe Photoshop | Illustrator | Canva | Figma | Lightroom | CorelDRAW (plus any new design tools we explore)

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (or relevant certifications).
  • 0–1 year of design experience (fresh graduates with strong portfolios are encouraged to apply).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Knowledge of video editing or motion graphics (Premiere Pro/After Effects) is a plus.
  • Strong sense of typography, color, and layout.
  • Ability to take feedback positively and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
