We are seeking a
Part-Time Closer
to support our real estate operations, with responsibilities across CRM implementation, digital marketing coordination, and sales closing. This role is ideal for someone who can confidently speak with clients, manage CRM processes, and support digital workflows while ensuring a seamless customer journey from lead to closing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct lead follow-ups, discovery calls, and closing assistance to convert prospects into clients.
  • Manage and optimize CRM workflows, pipelines, automations, and reports.
  • Communicate professionally with U.S.-based clients and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records across CRM tools.
  • Schedule calls, prepare briefs, and implement structured follow-up systems to improve conversion rates.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Experience in real estate, sales closing, or CRM/customer relationship management.
  • Strong working knowledge of CRM platforms such as HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Zoho, Odoo, or similar systems.
  • Understanding of digital marketing basics (email, social media, funnels, ad coordination).
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent English communication skills—especially for U.S. client communication.
  • Ability to work during or overlap with U.S. business hours.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with U.S. real estate processes (preferred).
  • Confident and personable communication style for client-facing discussions.
  • Experience with automation tools, lead-generation systems, or workflow builders.
