Shahwilayat Public School, under the banner of Shahwilayat Education Trust, is seeking a dynamic and visionary
Vice Principal
to join our academic leadership team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in managing both
CAIE (O Level/IGCSE)
and
AKU-EB
curricula, with a proven ability to lead faculty, maintain academic standards, and drive institutional excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee academic operations and ensure curriculum alignment with CAIE and AKU-EB standards.
  • Supervise teaching staff, conduct classroom observations, and ensure quality learning outcomes.
  • Manage examination processes, assessments, and student performance tracking.
  • Coordinate professional development and training initiatives for teachers.
  • Maintain discipline, attendance, and student welfare systems in collaboration with section heads.
  • Support the Principal in administrative and operational functions across the school.
  • Lead data-driven academic reviews and implement strategies for improvement.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master's degree in Education / Educational Leadership or a related field (M.Ed / MA Education preferred).
  • 7–10 years of academic and administrative experience
    , including O Level or AKU-EB board management.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multi-tiered academic operations and staff performance.
