We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Management Specialist to join our team. As a Data Management Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and security of our organization's data. You will be responsible for developing and implementing data management strategies, maintaining databases, analyzing data quality, and ensuring compliance with data regulations. Your expertise in data management will contribute to the overall success of our organization by enabling data-driven decision-making and improving operational efficiency.

Key ResponsibilitiesData Governance & Quality

· Develop and enforce data management policies and procedures.

· Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance.

· Define data standards, dictionaries, and classification.

Data Integration & Architecture

· Manage data pipelines between systems.

· Collaborate with IT to design secure database structures.

· Support ETL processes and data warehousing.

Data Reporting & Analytics Support

· Provide high-quality data for analytics and reporting.

· Support dashboards, reports, and decision-making tools.

Security & Compliance

· Implement data access controls and privacy measures.

· Conduct regular audits and risk assessments.

Qualifications & Experience

· Bachelor's/Master's in Data Management, IT, or related field.

· 3+ years in data management or database administration.

· Strong knowledge of SQL, data modeling, and ETL tools.

· Experience with data governance frameworks.

Skills

· Data quality assurance and integration.

· Database platforms (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL).

· Strong documentation and communication skills.

· Knowledge of GDPR or data privacy regulations is a plus.
