Arc Inventaedor is a fast-growing technology-driven organization delivering innovative financial solutions to global clients. We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Accountant with strong expertise in bookkeeping, profit & loss management, and international accounting standards, to support our expanding financial operations across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with US GAAP and International Accounting Standards (IAS/IFRS).
  • Manage day-to-day bookkeeping, journal entries, and reconciliations.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reports.
  • Oversee multi-currency accounting transactions and ensure correct currency conversions and reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure transparency and compliance.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
  • Ensure tax and regulatory compliance for international and domestic financial operations.
  • Utilize accounting software and financial technology tools to streamline reporting and improve efficiency.
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional and international teams regarding financial data and reporting.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or equivalent certification preferred).
  • 5+ years of proven experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably within the financial or technology sectors.
  • Strong understanding of US GAAP, IFRS, and international financial standards.
  • Hands-on experience in bookkeeping, reconciliations, and P&L management.
  • Experience working with multi-currency and global financial systems.
  • Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, or similar).
  • Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
