Kashif Iqbal Thalassemia Care Centre (KITCC) — one of Pakistan's leading non-profit healthcare organizations dedicated to providing free treatment and care to over 1000+ thalassemia major children — is looking to urgently hire a highly skilled and creative Video Editor & Graphic Designer with expertise Motion Graphics is a plus.

Who We're Looking For:

We are searching for a dynamic individual with the right balance of technical expertise and creative vision. The ideal candidate is someone who can craft visually stunning, emotionally compelling, and socially impactful content that resonates with audiences across different platforms.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Media Sciences, Film Production, Graphic Design, or another relevant field
  • Experience: 2+ years of proven professional experience in video editing, graphic designing, and motion graphics (experience in healthcare/NGO/social awareness sector will be a plus)
  • Technical Skills:
  • Adobe Premiere Pro (professional-level video editing)
  • Adobe After Effects (motion graphics, visual effects, 2D animation)
  • Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop (graphic design, branding, layouts)
  • Knowledge of sound design, music syncing, and storytelling techniques
  • Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your best work in video editing, 2D animation, motion graphics, and graphic design is a must

Creative Skills:

  • Strong sense of visual storytelling, pacing, and audience engagement
  • Skilled in color grading, typography, and digital composition
  • Ability to conceptualize campaigns and bring abstract ideas to life through graphics and video
  • Eye for detail in designing social media creatives, reels, thumbnails, infographics, and posters
  • Ability to design educational animations & explainer videos for awareness campaigns

Key Job Responsibilities:Video Editing

  • Edit short-form content (Instagram/Facebook Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok videos) to maximize engagement
  • Edit long-form content including Podcasts, Talk Shows, Awareness Dramas, and Documentaries
  • Input sound, music, and voiceovers to enhance the overall video experience
  • Add text overlays, lower thirds, transitions, and graphics for professional polish
  • Create attention-grabbing thumbnails for YouTube and other social media platforms
  • Assist in basic videography, shoot planning, and on-set setups when needed

Graphic Design & Animation

  • Design digital and print promotional materials for campaigns, awareness events, and fundraising drives
  • Create motion graphics, and explainer videos that simplify complex medical/healthcare concepts
  • Work on branding projects, ensuring consistency across all platforms
  • Design social media creatives, infographics, posters, brochures, and event banners
  • Collaborate with the content & marketing team to develop creative strategies for campaigns
