About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Sales Executive
to join our team and drive the growth of our SaaS product. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and closing deals that contribute to the company's revenue growth. This role requires excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of SaaS sales cycles, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify, research, and engage potential clients through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and inbound leads.
- Pipeline & Deal Management
- Manage the full sales cycle, from qualification to negotiation and closing, ensuring consistent achievement of monthly and quarterly targets.
- Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers to maximize upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities.
- Market Research & Strategy
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor offerings, and SaaS market shifts to refine sales strategies.
- Collaboration
- Work closely with the marketing, customer success, and product teams to ensure alignment on customer acquisition, onboarding, and retention strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in
B2B SaaS sales
or technology product sales. - Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand client pain points and translate them into tailored SaaS solutions.
- Experience working with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Odoo).
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
