Job Title: Assistant Football Coach (Part-Time) Location: Liberty, Lahore – Goals Football Academy About Us: Goals Football Academy is dedicated to inspiring young players to dream big, work hard, and achieve their potential both on and off the pitch. We provide professional football training in a supportive and dynamic environment, with a focus on player development, discipline, and teamwork. Position Overview: We are looking for a motivated current university student enrolled in a sports-related field (Sports Sciences, Physical Education, Kinesiology, or related programs) who is passionate about football coaching. The selected candidate will work closely with our head coaches, assisting in training sessions, managing young players, and contributing to the growth of our academy. Key Responsibilities: Assist head coach in planning and delivering football training sessions. Support with warm-ups, drills, and skill-development activities. Provide guidance and encouragement to players (ages 6–16). Help maintain discipline and a safe, positive training environment. Monitor players' progress and report observations to coaching staff. Assist in organizing academy events, matches, and camps. Requirements: Currently enrolled in a sports-related degree program (mandatory). Strong interest in football coaching and youth development. Previous football playing or coaching experience is an advantage. Good communication and leadership skills. Enthusiastic, reliable, and a team player.
