Position Summary:

To ensure office security and manage daily visitors at the Office.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure the safety of office premises during and after the working hours.
• Report any safety and security related issues to the supervisor at the earliest.
• Watch the official vehicles parked in designated parking after the office hours.
• Conduct first parade check of the compound and make sure nothing is displaced and make sure doors and windows of the office is kept locked after official hours.
• Assist the staff in case of an emergency or evacuation of staff.
• Any other duties assigned by Supervisor

Qualification & Experience:

• Basic Primary School Education.
• At least 2 Year field level experience in security and safety services
• Good level of spoken and written local languages.
• Excellent skills in organizing workflow, capacity to follow protocols and take own initiative.
• Excellent ability to work as part of a team.
• Ability to work in an environment where there are physical discomforts associated with change in weather or discomforts associated with noise, dust or dirt.

Skills and Proficiencies:

• Ability and willingness to autonomously travel to duty site and villages when required.
• Willingness and capacity to be flexible and accommodating when faced with difficult and frustrating working conditions like long distance walking to work/distribution sites.
