  • Handle ordering, receiving, loading/unloading, and maintaining accurate stock records.
  • Prepare purchase requisitions and coordinate with suppliers for timely deliveries.
  • Verify quality, quantity, and expiry of items while preparing GRNs.
  • Issue stock to kitchen and service teams as per requisitions.
  • Conduct regular stock counts and monitor slow-moving or near-expiry items.
  • Maintain proper documentation, cleanliness, and organization of the store.
  • Coordinate with operations, purchasing, and finance teams while ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards.

Requirements:

  • Graduation.
  • 1–2 years of experience in store/inventory handling (preferably in restaurants/QSR).
  • Knowledge of stock management, GRN preparation, and issuance process.
  • Basic understanding of MS Office or inventory management software.
