Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing professional to join our digital agency and software development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through client acquisition, brand promotion, and strategic partnerships. You will play a key role in promoting our digital marketing, web development, mobile app, and software solutions to a diverse range of clients.

Key Responsibilities

Sales


• Identify and generate new business leads through networking, cold calling, and digital outreach.


• Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.


• Understand client needs and propose tailored digital and software solutions.


• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.


• Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.


• Collaborate with technical and project management teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success.


• Maintain CRM records and prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.

Marketing


• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the company's services and brand.


• Manage social media channels, content marketing, and online campaigns.


• Plan and oversee digital marketing initiatives such as SEO, SEM, email campaigns, and paid ads.


• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.


• Coordinate promotional events, webinars, and product launches.


• Create marketing materials, case studies, and success stories with the creative team.


• Track campaign performance using analytics tools and report on ROI.

Requirements


• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.


• 2–5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a digital agency or software company.


• Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, PPC, SMM, Content, Email Marketing, etc.).


• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.


• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


• Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and marketing analytics software.
