We are looking for a creative and performance-driven
Marketing & Graphic Designer Executive
who can manage our digital presence, design engaging visuals, and execute marketing campaigns that strengthen our brand and generate business leads. The ideal candidate should be equally skilled in
graphic design

digital marketing campaign management
.

Key Responsibilities

A) Graphics & Social Media Content Creation

  • Design and publish
    social media posts
    across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn (including
    Stories, Reels, and Feed posts
    ).
  • Plan and execute
    video editing and post-production
    .
  • Create
    static and dynamic artwork
    ,
    video animations
    , and
    branded content
    .
  • Design
    cover photos
    ,
    ad creatives
    , and
    social media banners
    .
  • Manage all
    social media accounts
    and maintain consistent branding.
  • Develop and maintain a
    monthly social media content calendar
    .
  • Write engaging
    captions, ad copies, and creative storytelling content
    for posts.
  • Ensure timely posting and audience engagement to enhance brand visibility.

B) Digital Marketing & Campaign Management

  • Manage and optimize
    Facebook and Instagram Ads
    including
    page likes
    and
    engagement campaigns
    .
  • Run and monitor
    Google Ads (Search & Display)
    and
    SEO activities
    for improved online presence.
  • Plan and execute
    performance-driven campaigns
    , ensuring
    tracking, optimization, and retargeting
    for maximum ROI.
  • Handle
    Google Ad Services
    , including
    pixel installation
    and event tracking.
  • Prepare and deliver
    bi-weekly reports
    covering campaign performance, analytics, and optimization recommendations.
  • Oversee end-to-end
    campaign planning, targeting, execution, and performance tracking
    .

Qualifications & skills

  • Education:
    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Media Studies, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    3–5 years of relevant experience in digital marketing and design (experience in renewable energy or tech sector preferred).
  • Technical Skills:
  • Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, InDesign etc).
  • Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and SEO tools.
  • Familiarity with social media management and scheduling platforms.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Strong creativity, attention to detail, and content writing ability.
  • Good understanding of digital marketing metrics and optimization.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
