Job Requirements

  • Customer service attitude
  • Work experience as a Restaurant Assistant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry
  • Familiarity with restaurant management software, POS system
  • Availability to work within opening hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends)
  • Communication and team management abilities
  • Good math and reporting skills (MS Office is mandatory)
  • Graduation or 5 years experience, additional certification in hospitality is a plus

Job Description

  • Monitor compliance with Basic safety, Food Safety and hygiene regulations
  • Ensure standard recipes, procedures, and product standards are maintained in accordance with SOPs and Brand Standards.
  • Gather guest's feedback and ensure the satisfaction of complete customer experience
  • Coordinate communication between Restaurant Manager & all staff.
  • Prepare shift schedules.
  • Supervise Production and Service staff and provide assistance & trainings, as needed.
  • Inventory Management (Ordering & Variances).
  • Keep detailed records of daily, weekly and monthly cash reconsilations & reportings.
  • Manage and store vendors' contracts and invoices.
  • Contribute in profitability of restaurant.
  • Calculate future needs in kitchenware and equipment and communicate, as needed
