The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating all export activities, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations, and developing new business opportunities in global markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, BL/AWB, COO, and shipping instructions.
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs authorities for smooth export operations.
  • Ensure compliance with international trade laws, export policies, and customs regulations.
  • Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery.
  • Develop relationships with international buyers, distributors, and agents.
  • Identify new export markets and business opportunities.
  • Assist in pricing strategies and negotiation with overseas clients.
  • Prepare export-related reports and maintain proper records.
  • Collaborate with production, accounts, and logistics departments to meet export deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in export/import operations (manufacturing sector preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of export documentation and customs clearance procedures.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and export-related software/ERP systems.
  • Ability to handle multiple markets and tight deadlines.
  • Fluency in English (written & spoken); additional foreign language is a plus.
