About the Role

We are looking for passionate and motivated fresh engineering graduates to join our team as Trainee Estimation Engineers. This is an excellent opportunity to kickstart your professional career in a structured, hands-on environment where you will gain practical experience in cost estimation, tendering, project analysis, and quantity take-offs for engineering and construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist senior engineers in preparing cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents.
  • Perform quantity take-offs from drawings and technical specifications.
  • Support in rate analysis and preparation of cost breakdowns for projects.
  • Collaborate with procurement and design teams for data collection and cost comparison.
  • Maintain accurate records of estimation data and support the bidding process.
  • Learn to use estimation and design software tools under supervision.
  • Participate in on-the-job training sessions and technical workshops.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering (2025 pass-out).
  • Experience: No prior work experience required — fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Skills:
  • Strong analytical and numerical ability.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and basic estimation tools.
  • Good understanding of engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Eagerness to learn, attention to detail, and teamwork spirit.
  • Location: Must be willing to work on-site in Rawalpindi.
