Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Advisor, located in Korangi District. The Service Advisor will be responsible for greeting customers, understanding their needs, advising on necessary services, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include managing service appointments, explaining repairs and services to customers, coordinating with the service team, and maintaining accurate records of work performed. The role requires effective communication with customers and team members to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Customer-focused Service, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Service skills
- Strong Communication skills
- Knowledge of Aftersales services
- Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work on-site in Korangi District
- DAE or equivalent; additional certification in automotive technology or related field is a plus
