Accountant
to join our Finance & Accounts team and support the accurate and efficient management of client financial processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process clients' financial administrations, including
    purchases, sales, bank, and cash transactions
    .
  • Prepare, review, and submit
    VAT returns
    in compliance with regulations.
  • Assist in preparing
    annual accounts, interim reports, and financial statements
    .
  • Identify discrepancies in financial data and provide clients with accurate advice and corrective solutions.
  • Maintain strong
    client communication
    , responding to administrative and tax-related queries in a timely manner.
  • Monitor
    deadlines
    to ensure accurate and on-time reporting and submissions.
  • Support
    payroll administration
    and
    tax filings
    as needed.
  • Contribute to the continuous
    improvement of accounting and administrative processes
    .

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or MBA
    in
    Business Administration, Accountancy, Finance, or related field
    .
  • Proven experience in
    accounting, bookkeeping, or financial administration
    roles.
  • Hands-on knowledge of accounting software such as
    Exact, Twinfield, AFAS, Snelstart, SAP
    or similar.
  • Strong
    analytical skills
    , attention to detail, and numerical accuracy.
  • Excellent
    communication skills
    with a client-focused approach.
  • Ability to work
    proactively, independently
    , and effectively within a team.

  • Knowledge of
    payroll management
