Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer; Document Specialist to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for creating comprehensive and detailed documentation for developed systems, including system flows, architecture diagrams, user manuals, and technical specifications. You will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure the documentation is clear, accurate, and easy to understand.

Key Responsibilities:

· System Documentation:

Write and maintain clear documentation for system architecture, flows, and user guides.

· Collaboration:

Work with developers and project managers to document features and technical details.

· Documentation Management:

Develop, update, and maintain documentation standards, templates, and version control.

· Technical & Compliance Docs:

Create and manage technical, infrastructure, and governance documentation, including for external or regulatory needs.

· Platform & Design Support:

Set up collaboration platforms and assist in creating technical design document

Qualifications:

· 4 Years degree in any IT related field

· 3 to 5 years of experience of related documentation

Skills and Competencies:

· Systems knowledge

· Punctuality

· Analytical skills

· Interpersonal and communication skills

· SQL coding skills
