Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Apprenticeship role for an IT & Infrastructure Apprentice located in Islamabad. The apprentice will be responsible for assisting with the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IT systems and infrastructure, providing support for network administration, and ensuring that numerous technology-based systems function effectively on a day-to-day basis. They will be assisting senior IT staff and learning on the job, contributing to various IT projects and operational activities.
Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of IT systems, networks, and infrastructure
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with network administration and support
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Capability to work effectively in a team and independently under guidance
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or currently pursuing)
- Prior internship or project experience is a plus
- Eagerness to learn and ability to adapt to new technologies and methodologies
