Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Hostel Warden located in Lahore. The Hostel Warden will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hostel, ensuring the safety and well-being of residents, managing resident issues, maintaining discipline, and coordination. Other duties include managing the hostel staff, organizing events, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

• Experience in hostel management, facility management, or related fields.
• Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
• Administrative and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage and supervise staff effectively.
• Ability to work independently and handle emergencies.
