Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Sales Specialist located in the Lahore District. The role involves assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring an excellent customer experience. Responsibilities include handling calls, managing customer interactions, addressing complaints, and promoting services to enhance customer satisfaction. The role demands exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to uphold company standards and drive customer loyalty.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction
  • Proficiency in Customer Experience management and Phone Etiquette
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
  • Familiarity with sales strategies or prior experience in service-oriented roles is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education or training in customer service is advantageous
