Key Responsibilities
· Responsible for new project's SIT, UAT, DR and Production Cutovers
· Overview production Call Ids and ensure response time as per agreed SLA
· Manage and resolve any Severity or Critical item's escalation
· Providing technical support to clients on issues during UAT and DR of ongoing projects
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Project Managers, Product development, QA team, to identify and resolve recurring or critical issues.
· Coordinate with client in order to agree on timelines, project schedules for bug fixes/Change Request/Mandates/Projects.
· Creating Test Cases and execution of QA process for CR/Bug Fix /Project for all customization developments.
· Training of all recently joined resources
· Troubleshoot live application queries & examine bugfix and minor changes
· Install and deploy hardware or software systems according to the project plan
· Ensure compatibility and connectivity among various system components
· Test and troubleshoot system functionality to identify and resolve issues
· Provide training and support to end-users during the implementation process
· Document and maintain detailed records of the implementation process
· Monitor and evaluate the success of the implementation, identifying areas for improvement
· Respond promptly to customer inquiries or support tickets and provide effective solutions or guidance
· Provide step-by-step instructions or guidance to help customers resolve problems

Other Requirements
· Excellent communication skills on particular email writing and documentations
· Must have deep understanding of IT Infrastructure and Information Security
· Significant experience with payment domain like MPG RAAST (SBP) systems
· Complete understanding about online payment transactions
· Experience mainly configuration, troubleshooting and system maintenance activities
· Expertise in Linux and windows systems
· High level of problem identification skills
· Experience working with clients to identify and understand requirements driven by both technical and work flow constraints
· Assist and provide support to clients remotely and onsite visits
· Monitoring of system performance and recommending system tuning ideas such as upgrading OS, changing system parameters, and database health etc.
