We are seeking an exceptional
Social Media Marketing Head
who will lead our creative and digital direction while strengthening DBL's brand presence across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

1. Leadership & Strategy

  • Develop and execute the overall
    digital marketing strategy
    , aligned with business objectives and brand positioning.
  • Lead and supervise the complete
    Marketing & Social Media Team
    , ensuring productivity, creativity, and quality output.
  • Oversee brand messaging, tone of voice, and storytelling across all customer touchpoints.
  • Work closely with the CEO/Managing Director for planning, approvals, and performance reviews.

2. Content Development & Creative Direction

  • Lead content ideation, concept creation, and campaign development.
  • Direct onsite and offsite filming at construction locations, project milestones, design installations, and handovers (execution supported by videographers).
  • Plan, edit, and oversee production of
    reels, stories, timelapses, testimonials, drone footage, and corporate videos
    .
  • Supervise creation of
    graphics, infographics, brochures, presentations, and other visual assets
    as per campaign needs.
  • Review and refine scripts, storyboards, voiceovers, jingles, and podcast content.
  • Maintain a structured repository of briefs, raw footage, design files, and final content to ensure team-wide accessibility.
  • Ensure all content is optimized for
    YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and WhatsApp Business
    .

3. Social Media & Community Management

  • Provide
    strategic direction
    for all digital platforms to amplify reach, engagement, and brand authority.
  • Oversee posting calendars, campaign rollouts, influencer collaborations, and community engagement.
  • Monitor brand mentions, audience trends, and platform insights to refine strategy.
  • Ensure prompt, professional, and brand-aligned responses to customer inquiries and comments.
  • Stay updated with emerging trends, tools, and algorithm changes to keep DBL ahead of the curve.

4. Digital Marketing & Performance Optimization

  • Develop and manage paid advertising campaigns, audience targeting, and ad budgets.
  • Track KPIs, evaluate analytics, and lead monthly reporting with actionable insights.
  • Implement A/B testing for creatives, captions, and ad formats to improve results.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, designers, and project leads to ensure accurate and authentic storytelling.
