COTHM is looking for passionate, skilled, and experienced Executive Chef and Baking Chef to join our team immediately.

  • Baking Chef

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality culinary & baking training to students.
  • Develop innovative menus and recipes.
  • Maintain kitchen standards, hygiene, and food safety protocols.
  • Train, guide, and supervise kitchen/baking staff.
  • Ensure cost-effective use of ingredients and resources.

Requirements:

  • Professional degree/diploma in Culinary Arts / Baking & Pastry.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of professional kitchen/bakery experience.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining excellence.
