Job Overview:

Horti Club, a leading horticulture and landscape management company, is seeking a qualified and creative Architect (Degree Holder) to join our team in Faisalabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and supervising architectural and landscape projects, ensuring design excellence, practicality, and harmony with horticultural concepts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare architectural drawings, landscape layouts, and master plans for various projects.
  • Coordinate with horticulturists, engineers, and project teams to ensure design integration and execution.
  • Develop 2D and 3D conceptual designs, renderings, and visual presentations using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, and related software.
  • Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with approved designs and project quality standards.
  • Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and assist in project documentation.
  • Ensure all work aligns with company policies, local building codes, and client requirements.
  • Suggest sustainable and cost-effective design solutions for landscape and architectural projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized university.
  • PCATP registration (preferred).
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Revit, Photoshop, and MS Office.
  • Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in architectural and landscape design.
  • Strong creativity, visualization, and communication skills.

Additional Requirements:

  • Candidates must be residents of Faisalabad.
  • Out-of-city candidates must have their own conveyance and be willing to arrange residence in Faisalabad.

Salary Range:

Competitive salary based on qualification and experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50, Rs100,000.00 per month
