Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging and visually appealing content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)

• Write compelling captions, ad copies, and blog posts aligned with brand tone.

• Plan and execute monthly content calendars in collaboration with the marketing team.

• Brainstorm creative campaign ideas and contribute to brand storytelling.

• Capture or edit short videos, reels, or behind-the-scenes content.

• Track performance and engagement metrics for ongoing improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or related field

• 1–2 years of experience in content creation or social media marketing

• Strong understanding of social media trends and creative storytelling

• Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe tools, or mobile editing apps

• Excellent writing skills in English

• A proactive attitude, team spirit, and attention to detail
