We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Intern to join our team. The intern will assist in managing product-related operations, coordinating with customers, and maintaining accurate data records. This role is ideal for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in operations and product management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and facilitate communication with customers regarding product packages and updates.
  • Maintain and manage data accurately using Google Sheets and other internal tools.
  • Support the Product Operations team in day-to-day coordination and documentation tasks.
  • Assist in tracking and updating information and ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operational workflows.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Willingness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment.
