About the role:

We are in search of a Live Ops Associate who will be responsible for real-time operational support, rider fleet coordination, and daily reporting. This role requires individuals with a strong grip on operations, quick problem-solving abilities, and sound knowledge of Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor live dashboards to ensure seamless order flow and timely execution.

  • Coordinate in real-time with riders and customers to resolve on-ground issues.

  • Ensure adherence to operational SOPs and service standards.

  • Control and manage the rider fleet, ensuring shift allocation and availability.

  • Maintain accurate records of incidents, attendance, and delivery metrics.

  • Prepare and share daily operational reports with management.

  • Identify and resolve operational issues quickly to minimize disruptions and maintain high service standards.

  • Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance to senior management.

  • Support operations during peak hours, campaigns, and high-volume periods.

  • Suggest and implement improvements to enhance efficiency.

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in operations or logistics.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, filters, etc.).

  • Strong communication and coordination skills.

  • Ability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced environment.

  • Flexible to work in shifts, including weekends if required.
