SURVEILLANCE MANAGER

  • Manage day-to-day surveillance operations.
  • Prepare team schedules and oversee shift coverage.
  • Investigate incidents and prepare reports.
  • Conduct training for shift leads and monitoring officers.
  • Coordinate with other departments for operational support.

SHIFT LEAD (Morning / Evening / Night)

  • Supervise monitoring officers during assigned shifts.
  • Ensure real-time incident detection and response.
  • Maintain quality control and compliance with SOPs.
  • Escalate issues to the surveillance manager as needed.

MONITORING OFFICER (Morning / Night)

  • Continuously monitor live surveillance feeds.
  • Generate alerts and maintain logs.
  • Provide first-line incident response as per SOPs.
  • Report unusual activities and escalate to shift lead.
