Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Growth Hacker located in Faisalabad. The Growth Hacker will be responsible for identifying and implementing strategies to drive business growth. This includes developing and executing marketing strategies, analyzing web traffic and performance data, optimizing conversion rates, and designing creative solutions to improve customer acquisition and retention. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

• Proficiency in Growth Hacking techniques, including identifying and scaling growth opportunities.
• Expertise in Web Analytics and Conversion Optimization to analyze data and enhance user experience.
• Strong skills in Marketing and developing effective Marketing Strategies to achieve business goals.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for data-driven decision-making.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is desired.
• Experience in working on growth strategies for on-site opportunities is an advantage.
