We're Hiring: Alternate Delivery Channel (ADC) Specialist

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team as an Alternate Delivery Channel Specialist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and enhancing digital banking channels, ensuring seamless delivery of services across ATMs, Mobile Banking, Internet Banking, and other electronic platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and support the operations of digital channels (ATM, Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, etc.).
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for issue resolution and system upgrades.
• Ensure maximum uptime and availability of all alternate delivery channels.
• Monitor system performance, transactions, and customer usage trends.
• Assist in implementing new features, enhancements, and security updates.
• Generate and analyze channel performance reports to support business decisions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in Alternate Delivery Channels / Digital Banking Operations.
• Strong understanding of core banking systems and integrations.
• Hands-on experience with ATM switch systems, APIs, and payment gateways.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
